Second Investment Project Proposal:

We propose a collaborative investment opportunity with fuel stations across various countries under the following system:

For Fuel Stations:

  1. Designated Area: Each station will allocate a specific area for car steam cleaning services.
  2. Branding: Install a sign with the company’s name and logo in the designated cleaning area.
  3. Invoicing: Issue invoices for steam cleaning services featuring the executing company’s name.
  4. Uniforms: Provide a standardized uniform for the staff assigned to this service.
  5. Advertising: Prepare uniform advertising materials indicating the locations offering steam cleaning services.
  6. Promotion: Regularly advertise in official newspapers and online platforms for participating centers according to the set schedule.
  7. Contracts: Draft agreements for participation with fuel stations based on the following terms:
  • Contract Duration: 2 years, renewable upon mutual agreement.
  • Profit Distribution:
    • 25% of net profits to the station for the first three months.
    • 35% of net profits for the following three months.
    • 50% of net profits until the end of the contract.
  • Expenses Deducted: Employee salaries, water and electricity costs, and all advertising expenses.

Marketing Plan:

  1. Specialized Centers: Establish specialized car cleaning centers using Nano Steam devices, featuring a unified brand, uniform, and design. The centers should be equipped with simple structures such as plastic-covered canopy poles, branded with the company’s logo, and painted with distinct colors to ensure uniformity across locations.
  2. Enhanced Visibility: Successful centers will attract other stations to join the program, creating a strong brand presence and customer trust.
  3. Marketing Oversight: Utilize the company’s brand name to attract competitors and other stations to establish similar centers under the company’s management.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance and Spare Parts: The franchise company will cover all maintenance and spare parts expenses for the devices throughout the contract period.
  2. Marketing Team: The franchise company will handle all marketing expenses related to this activity.
  3. Site Setup: Set up the site in a simple manner, with expenses deducted from income at an agreed percentage.
  4. Uniforms: The franchise company will bear the cost of uniforms for staff, featuring the brand’s logo and colors.
  5. Training: The franchise company will provide training for staff on device operation and car cleaning services, both interior and exterior.

Fuel Station Responsibilities:

  1. Space Allocation: Provide space sufficient to clean up to two cars simultaneously.
  2. Staff Training: Ensure one to two staff members are trained in operating the devices and cleaning procedures.
  3. Support: Assist the brand owner with operational support and integration of additional services like carpet, upholstery, air conditioning cleaning, and laundry services, centralized at a main location and redistributed to branches.

This investment offers a structured approach to expanding steam cleaning services across fuel stations, creating a recognizable and trusted brand presence while providing comprehensive car care solutions.
